Next Level Cares
Every professional athlete has at least one coach and so should every individual!
Leveraging several years of experience as a former Fortune 500 executive leading diverse organizations, Next Level Cares, Inc. provides coaching services that support the professional development and the contributions of individuals and teams. We have a proven model that has yielded increases in improved capabilities and performance across multiple industries.
We recognize, honor, and respect the talents and the value of every individual. For that reason, we meet each participant wherever they are in their development journey, while embracing the belief that everyone has the potential to make a contribution. Our unique approach to "coaching up" our clients to realize their full potential is the true value proposition of Next Level Cares, Inc.
Next Level Cares, Inc. will deliver life-skills mentoring and coaching services that will deliver meaningful content designed to enable each participant to become more functional, capable, and employable within our society. This will be achieved by developing the individual holistically: mind, body, and spirit. Complimentary to this value proposition, such services will also convey a resounding message to the community that someone truly cares. Every society that identifies and recognizes its members as its greatest asset has the responsibility of providing for (and supporting) the development of its most vulnerable members. Research suggests that the most effective means of development comes in the form of mentoring. Thus, the most effective and efficient, yet under-utilized, method of individual and personal development is what Next Level Cares calls, “professional mentoring”.
We can help you get to the NEXT LEVEL!
Next Level Cares, Inc. exists to awaken the God-given power (kratos) within every youth by building all three dimensions to include mind, body, and spirit with the aim of enhancing opportunities for success.
About Keith
Keith Washington is a former student athlete at Wofford College, and he has spent approximately 35 years studying business and climbing the corporate ladder. His first introduction to the corporate world was at what is now the Denny’s Headquarters here in Spartanburg SC as a summer intern after his freshman year.
He has held corporate leadership positions in the packaging, telecommunications, power distribution, and hospitality industries where he led organizations within the operations and supply chain functions.
Most recently, Keith held the position of VP, Supply Chain within the travel & hospitality industry with a total “spend under his influence” of approximately $2.0B. Throughout his career as a supply chain executive Keith negotiated contracts, managed supplier performance, and coached and developed hundreds of newly added suppliers to the organizations.
Perhaps his most meaningful personal accomplishment was achieved in 2015 when, as a volunteer for NFTE (e.g., Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship), he was randomly paired with a high school student to serve in the capacity of a business mentor and coach. After 4 weeks of volunteer business, public speaking, and professional presence training with his assigned mentee, his mentee placed 1st in the state of Florida and within the Top 5 on the national level of competition. Keith and his student were featured in the Sun Sentinel on June 18th , 2015, under the heading “Teens Compete in National Business Event”.
Keith is now the founder and CEO & Founder of Next Level Coaching LLC where he provides career, leadership, professional development, and business coaching to his clients. After his first year of service with the Western Women’s Business Center, Next Level Coaching LLC was nominated for the business of the year award in recognition of its business coaching services.
Employing the skills amassed over his career, Keith’s passion is providing a service that helps others identify, demonstrate, and maximize their God-given abilities. Keith believes that everyone has the ability to make a difference and, utilizing the platform of Next Level Coaching, LLC, Keith aims to “help others become what they know they can be”.
It is on that basis that Keith established the non-profit, Next Level Cares, in an effort to provide similar professional developmental and life-skills training to those who can benefit most immediately.
Keith and his wife are the proud parents of two adult daughters.

I am a native of Spartanburg, SC and a current resident of Greenville, SC. I am a devoted husband to Sharon, a proud father of five children, and grandfather of five, with a deep commitment to faith, family, and service.
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wofford College and a Master’s degree in Business from Southern Wesleyan University. For the last 20 years, I have worked for South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department (where I currently plan, organize, direct and control business services activities around the state), as we focus on advancing individuals with disabilities to achieve and maintain competitive employment.
I am an active member of Long Branch Baptist Church, whose motto, “Saving Souls and Solving Problems,” reflects a holistic approach to service. This philosophy directly supports my mission by emphasizing spiritual growth, practical support, and personal development – key elements in empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential.
I am a dedicated member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, where I uphold the guiding principle of “Achievement in every field of human endeavor.” This principle aligns with my personal and professional mission: to awaken the God-given power within every individual by building all three dimensions of mind, body, and spirit, thereby enhancing opportunities for success.
In my leisure time, I enjoy watching football and track, which reinforce the values of discipline, resilience, and teamwork that guide both my personal life and professional endeavors.

I have been married to Jasmine Thompson for the last nine years, and we share two beautiful children: Nico (5) and Eden (2). I am a 2015 graduate of Wingate University, where I earned a B.S. in Communications and lettered in football. I am a soon-to-be graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, where I expect to earn my Master of Arts in New Testament upon graduation in May 2026.
I am currently a minister for the University church of Christ and have a background in television and marketing. My favorite recreational activity is hiking with my family anywhere we can find a mountain range. I connect with the organization's mission statement because I believe everyone has the right to express the leadership qualities they possess. I am deeply motivated to help people reach their fullest potential by providing them with the resources they need to succeed.
Lastly, an interesting fact about me is that I served as the President of the Black Student Union - the second largest student registered organization at Wingate - while playing football. I know a thing or two about balancing major responsibilities.
